In case you missed your Dealer Connect Notice emails, here are our most recent Dealer Connect enhancements:
Per-Invoice Limit and Account Status
You now have the ability to view the per-invoice limit and status of an account within the Sale Approval option. These updates will appear after entering the account number of an account within your customer base.
Sale Approval Status
All users now have the ability to track each sale approval on the Approval screen from the initial request until a decision is made. All approved invoices will remain viewable until the invoices are received by IBS.
Purchase Report
This report of batch invoice details (submitted and paid) is available for viewing within Dealer Connect for 10 days, and are also now available for download in Excel or PDF format for up to 13 months.
Aging Reports
Aging reports have been improved to include information related to dealer liability on the customer's account. View additional available details by clicking the underlined category. You can now also download the Aging report in Excel format for customized sorting.
Please note that some features of Dealer Connect are limited based on access level. To change your level of access, please contact your company's Dealer Connect administrator. If you do not know your company's administrator, please contact IBS for this information.
