New Features Available in Dealer Connect

In response to your requests we have enhanced several features within Dealer Connect:

  • Resources Page  We created this new in-depth Resources page within Dealer Connect as a one-stop-shop for information about IBS.  Click the Resources tab often to find up-to-date:
    • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
    • IBS Contact List
    • Videos
    • Downloadable Forms
    • Dealer Connect Tutorials
    • Dealer Connect Enhancements
    • Dealer Newsletters
    • And much more!
  • Cleared Invoice Report This report will provide you with invoices that have been cleared/paid within a specified time frame.
  • Monthly Sales Report This report offers information related to total invoices and credit memos you have submitted within a specified date range.

 

Reports can be found under the Reports tab on DealerConnect and are subject to access controls. To change your level of access, please contact your company's Dealer Connect administrator. If you do not know your company's administrator, please contact IBS for this information.  And as always, please feel free to contact our Dealer Relations team at (800) 223-9146 to request additional training on IBS Dealer Connect.
